Yoga and Meditation Classes

I offer small group classes for all levels and personalised one-to-one Yoga and Meditation sessions, both online and in the studio. Practices range from gentle and restorative to deeper traditional work for more experienced students.

Yoga is a path of energy, clarity, and self-connection — not just a physical workout. With careful guidance and adapted postures, everyone can practise safely and confidently, at any stage of life.

All sessions include traditional postures with variations (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation.

About Ted

As of 2026, I have been teaching Yoga for over twelve years and practicing for more than twenty. I certified as a Bikram Yoga teacher in 2014 and have completed both Intermediate and Advanced Yoga trainings with the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Academy.

My first experience of Yoga was deeply transformative. It quickly became a way of life, helping me understand my inner self and connect to others with an open heart.

At first, the benefits were physical and mental — improved strength, flexibility, and wellbeing. Over time, this grew into a deeper awareness of my place in the world and a stronger understanding of the connections we create through our thoughts and actions.

My teaching style is calm, steady, and supportive, with a strong focus on self-awareness and awakening positive energy. Whether I am teaching a group class or working one-to-one, my hope is always that each student leaves feeling:

  • More aligned
  • More uplifted
  • More connected to themselves

Physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Booking Your Sessions

All classes and one-to-one sessions must be booked in advance.

Online classes:
Once you book, you will automatically receive your Zoom login details by email.

Studio classes:
If you plan to attend in person, please confirm this in the booking notes, so I know you will be coming into the studio. Spaces are limited to 6 students, so early booking is recommended.

Regular students:
If you book regularly, I recommend downloading the Bobclass Self Service App, which I use for class scheduling. The app allows you to:

  • Book and manage your classes easily
  • Purchase sessions
  • Track your visits

Once installed, you can self-book all future classes directly through the app.

Purchasing & Cancellations:
All classes can be purchased using the links below
Cancellations within four hours of the class start time will incur a no-show fee.

Pay for Online Classes

You are welcome to attend classes on a drop-in basis or save by purchasing a multi-class pass. All passes can be used for both online and studio classes, unless otherwise stated.
